Spend your money at more reliable places with better customer service and larger sizing. According to ghostpotion they're under new management but its not an excuse for not letting customers know what's going on with their orders and being absolutely non-responsive with customer service. But now I regret not taking them seriously. I didn't trust the bad reviews from others because ive ordered several times before. I cannot get a refund because it was on clearance. The skirt was supposed to be an XL and it didn't fit at all. However the skirt doesn't look like the picture on the website, the skirt isn't even on the website anymore. Fast forward a month (today) and I got my skirt and collar. I got no where and closed my bank account as the trust was no longer there.
I tried to get a refund from them, as urged by ghostpotion, an artist who collaborated with them. Their DM system does not work either and it seems like none of their socials are operational. Their customer support emails don't work. I tried multiple times to contact them and got nothing.
